Alcan named the best corporate citizen in the Canadian mining sector by Corporate Knights magazine

citizen in the Canadian mining sector by Corporate Knights magazine's annual
"Best 50 Corporate Citizens in Canada" listing in recognition of the Company's
commitment to economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Alcan also
ranked second overall on the list that was announced during the Corporate
Knights Gala Dinner in Toronto.
