Alberta Securities Commission - Management Cease Trade Order

    CALGARY, Jan. 29 /CNW/ - On January 29, 2008, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:

    Morris Bleviss, Aaron Dagan, Stephen Eyre, Stuart Olley, and Andrew
    Oppenheim with respect to PsiNaptic Inc.

    The Management Cease Trade Order was issued as a result of failure to
file certain required financial information.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
