Alberta Securities Commission - Management Cease Trade Order



    CALGARY, Aug. 15 /CNW/ - On August 15, 2007, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:

    Robert C. Armstrong, Andrew Bradfield, Joseph W. Bronneberg, Carl
    Caumartin, C. Brian Cramm, Jan R. Horejsi, Clifford M. James, Roy Lester
    Lotzof, Paul Moon, Peter C.G. Richards, John Bramwell Ridsdel, Luis
    Jovito A. Santos Jr., Lori Scigliano, and Glenn Cameron Sheldon in
    respect to TVI Pacific Inc.

    The Management Cease Trade Order was issued as a result of failure to
file certain required financial information.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and to protect
investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC
works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital
markets.
