Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Orders



    CALGARY, Aug. 24 /CNW/ - On August 24, 2007, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:

    Brazilian Resources, Inc.
    Can-Chin Entertainment Group Co. Ltd.
    M8 Entertainment Inc.
    Maxxcapp Corporation
    Mindready Solutions Inc.
    Palcan Power Systems Inc.
    Stream Communications Network & Media Inc.

    The Cease Trade Orders were issued as a result of failure to file certain
required financial information.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and to protect
investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC
works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital
markets.
