Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Order Partially Revoked



    CALGARY, Aug. 28 /CNW/ - A Cease Trade Order dated January 27, 2006
against:

    Rtica Corporation

    has been partially revoked effective August 28, 2007.

    A partial revocation has been issued to facilitate a private placement
transaction to raise working capital, a conversion of debt to equity in
satisfaction of certain debts, and to hold a shareholders meeting.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
responsible for administering the province's securities laws. It is entrusted
to foster a fair and efficient capital market in Alberta and to protect
investors. As a member of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the ASC
works to improve, coordinate and harmonize the regulation of Canada's capital
markets.
