CALGARY, Feb. 4 /CNW/ - On February 4, 2008, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:
Franchise Services Of North America Inc.
The Cease Trade Order was issued as a result of failure to file certain
required financial information. The Cease Trade Order will remain in effect
until the ASC determines that the company has complied with the Alberta
Securities Act and Rules.
