Alberta Securities Commission - Cease Trade Order

    CALGARY, Aug. 2 /CNW/ - On August 2, 2007, the Alberta Securities
Commission (ASC) ordered that trading cease in the securities of:

    Ialta Industries Ltd.

    The Cease Trade Order was issued as a result of failure to file certain
required financial information. The Cease Trade Order will remain in effect
until the ASC determines that the company has complied with the Alberta
Securities Act and Rules.

    The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) is the regulatory agency
