AirTest signs Investor Relations Agreement

    DELTA, BC, Sept. 19 /CNW/ - AirTest Technologies Inc. (TSXV:AAT) is
pleased to announce that it has signed an Investor Relations Agreement
("Agreement") with Modus Financial Alliance ("Modus") based in Vancouver, BC.
Under the terms of the Agreement Modus shall provide the following services to

    -   Provide investors with regular information including quarterly and
        annual reports, news releases, brokerage reports and related
        shareholder communication by telephone, e-mail and mail.
    -   Provide feedback information to AirTest from the current
    -   Formulate a suitable course for the online constituent of the
        campaign, as well as provide enhancements to the Corporation's
        current website.

    The Agreement shall have a term of three (3) months and will be renewable
for a further nine (9) months by mutual agreement of both parties. The
effective date of the Agreement is August 28, 2008.
    Subject to regulatory approval, fees for services rendered pursuant to
the Agreement shall be $6,000 per month plus 200,000 stock options at an
exercise price of $0.05. AirTest shall also be responsible for all expenses
incurred by Modus in the performance of the services under the Agreement,
including travel expenses, subject to AirTest approval.
