ADF Group Inc. was awarded another contract in Florida where the company is well positioned

         The Company was awarded a 22.5 million dollar contract for
      the construction of the new building of the "New World Symphony",
                     to be build in Miami Beach, Florida

    TERREBONNE, QC, Sept. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - ADF GROUP INC. ("ADF" or the
"Company") (TSX: DRX) announces today that it has been awarded a contract
worth 22.5 million dollars for the supply of materials, connections
engineering, fabrication and installation of the complex steel structures and
heavy built-ups for the new building of the New World Symphony to be built in
Miami Beach in Florida, U.S.A. This contract also refers to the interior
architectural components and miscellaneous metals of the new building.
    Fabrication will start in January 2008 and the work on site scheduled to
start in June 2008, will extend over a nine-month period.
    Mr. Jean Paschini, chairman of the board and chief executive officer,
says that, "ADF has a good expertise in this type of construction, having
realized in the past the steel structures of other major buildings with
particularly complex geometry and shapes, of which a renown artistic and
cultural center in Miami, Florida. This contract is a repeat business with the
owner of the project, for whom we did in the past the steel structures of a
45-story office tower in New York. We are happy to be selected to partake in
the expansion program of the New World Symphony, known nation and world-wide".
    It is to be noted that the Corporation is currently very active in
Florida, namely at Miami International Airport where ADF is carrying out the
fabrication and installation of steel structures for various terminals.
    This contract brings the Company's backlog to more than 130.0 million
