J'Adore Cakes Co. invites you to sample the flavours of Paris in Toronto
TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2011 /CNW/ - J'Adore Cakes Co. invites you to
celebrate its grand opening on Wednesday, November 16. From 1 P.M. to 4
P.M., the East end bakery, will host an open house inviting media and
sweet treat lovers alike to stop by for samples and a look around.
Located at 3308 Danforth Avenue, J'Adore Cakes Co. offers customers a
wide variety of sweet and savoury treats all inspired by Parisian
delicacies. Open six days a week, customers can stop by for a morning
latte and breakfast pastry, a grilled sandwich at lunch or cakes and
pastries any time.
Before opening its first location, J'Adore Cakes Co. has been in
operation since 2009, building a solid clientele with custom cakes,
confections and renowned macarons.
J'Adore Cakes Co. offers 14 flavours of macarons that include Cashew
Honey, Pistachio Rosewater, Strawberry Balsamic, Red Velvet and its
signature Neapolitan. A variety of flavours are made fresh daily and
can also be pre-ordered. Cakes are custom made to order. Each is custom
designed and can be made to fit any theme or special request.
Owner Isabelle Loiacono was trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu.
In 2006, she trained at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts
where she later joined the staff as a teacher. Isabelle's work has been
featured on The Marilyn Dennis Show and in weddingbells Magazine. She has competed on The Food Network Challenge and came in
first in the 2010 Bonnie Gordon Cake Show.
