uKnow Hires Online Media Veteran Eric Bingham, Prepares to Launch its BluePrint™ Custom Channel Solution & Raises Seed round of capital

NEW YORK, NY, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - uKnow Corporation, a provider of highly flexible tools for creating brand-safe custom distribution channels specifically tailored to each advertiser, announced today that Eric Bingham has joined the company as President.

Bingham has over 15 years of digital media experience and was a co-founder and Senior Vice President at, where he led the development and launch of Sprink's, About's self-service pay-per-click service.  Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Undertone, a premium advertising network, where he helped the company manage through a period of transformation and rapid growth.
