TORONTO, Jan. 27 /CNW/ - TriNorth Capital Inc. ("TriNorth") announced
that the Management Agreement with Aston Hill Asset Management Inc.
(formerly Navina Asset Management Inc.) ("Aston Hill") terminated on
January 25, 2011.
TriNorth owns 17,000,000 common shares of Feronia Inc. (the "Feronia Shares"),
representing approximately 17% of the total outstanding common shares
of Feronia Inc. The Feronia Shares were originally managed on behalf of
TriNorth by Aston Hill. As a result of the termination of the Management Agreement with Aston
Hill, TriNorth now manages the Feronia Shares.
TriNorth acquired the Feronia Shares for investment purposes and may,
from time to time, acquire additional securities of Feronia Inc. or
dispose of such securities as it may deem appropriate.
