MONTREAL, Jan. 12 /CNW Telbec/ - The Antonopoulos Group is proud to
announce that one of its landmark hotels, the Place d'Armes Hôtel &
Suites, is celebrating their 10-year anniversary this year by
collaborating with renowned local designer, Denis Gagnon.
Through this partnership, Denis Gagnon's creative genius will become
part of the elegant decorum of the Place d'Armes Hôtel & Suites,
located in Old Montreal, and member of the Antonopoulos Group. To mark
the 10th anniversary of this prestigious and internationally renowned
establishment, trendy new uniforms have been specially created for its
staff. From concierges and receptionists to valets, everyone will now
be seen wearing black and white, a sophisticated simplicity
representing the signature design of Denis Gagnon. The men will also be
wearing the famous Denis Gagnon zippers. For women, the look will be
completed with a distinctive scarf of the designer's creation. The
unique uniforms will be introduced in the hotel during spring 2011.
"The Place d'Armes Hotel & Suites is maintaining momentum, and aims to
remain at the cutting edge of the newest trends in luxury,
sophistication and lifestyle," said Dimitri Antonopoulos, Vice
President, Marketing and Hotel & Restaurant Development, and
spokesperson for the Group. "We are very proud of this new partnership
and to welcome a Quebec treasure in haute couture. Our customers from
around the world will now be able to appreciate the vibrant creativity
of our local artists. "
For his part, Denis Gagnon, added "I am very excited to see this project
materialize in the next few months." "Without a doubt, since I am also
celebrating my own 10th anniversary of designing, the Place d'Armes Hôtel and I found ourselves
on the same wavelength. I found the same pizzazz and energy that I put
into my own creations in this chic boutique hotel. "
For ten years now, these two institutions have contributed, each in
their respective fields of fashion and luxury hotel management, in
placing Montreal at the forefront by highlighting its historical,
cultural and artistic heritage.
