Tea Party Tim Fibs to Media - and the Campaign's Only an Hour Old!

TORONTO, Sept. 7, 2011 /CNW/ -

Caught again.

In an exchange with a Globe and Mail reporter at his campaign kick-off in Willowdale, Tea Party Tim said - with a straight face - that he has never used the phrase "foreign worker" to describe the target of his intolerance.

Globe and Mail Reporter: Why do you keep calling immigrants foreign workers?

Hudak: I'm not

That's a lie.

Not ten seconds later, answering the SAME QUESTION, Hudak said: "...affirmative action program for foreign workers." In fact, over the course of a twenty minute media availability, Hudak used the phrase "foreign workers" no less than eight times.

And here's a direct quote from Tea Party Tim's speech to the PC faithful at a rally at a golf club in Pickering last night: "...affirmative action scheme for foreign workers..."

And here's a link to a tweet that Hudak personally placed on Twitter on September 5:

Tea Party Tim keeps proving that he's a better candidate for Governor of Arizona than Premier of Ontario.

Tim Hudak isn't telling the truth to Ontarians. His politics of anger, fear, resentment and division would take Ontario backwards, and divide us. Only the leadership of Dalton McGuinty will bring Ontario forward, together.
