TORONTO, June 1, 2011 /CNW/ - A recent poll1 sponsored by Olympic Paints and Stains indicates that two-thirds of the respondents plan to use paint products
on a home improvement project this year. While there is a growing trend
to use green products in home improvement projects, consumers think it
costs more to protect the environment. In fact, more than two thirds of
Canadians (68 per cent) agree that environmentally friendly paint is
more expensive than regular paint - but Olympic Paints and Stains is proving them wrong with its affordable, Zero VOC

About the Survey
From April 26, to April 28, 2011, Vision Critical conducted an online
survey among a randomly selected sample of 1,449 Canadian adults who
have painted a wall in their home and who are Angus Reid Forum panel
members. The margin of error - which measures sampling variability - is
+/- 2.6 per cent. The results have been statistically weighted to
