announce its acquisition of Itansuca Proyectos de Ingenieria S.A., an
engineering firm of 1,000 professionals and administrative staff in the
energy sector based in Bogota, Colombia.
Since 1989, Itansuca has been offering energy consulting, project
management, electromechanical installation, design and supervision
services from its Bogota head office and 21 other locations around the
country to clients in Colombia and in a number of other countries
around the world. The word itansuca comes from the indigenous Chibcha language meaning to make a path.
