TORONTO, June 30, 2011 /CNW/ - Priszm Income Fund (TSX: QSR.UN)
("Priszm" or the "Company") reported today that it successfully
obtained an Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice
(Commercial Division) extending the stay period in its Companies'
Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") proceeding to September 30, 2011.
The Company also received approval of the appointment of Jim Robertson,
the Company's current COO as the new Chief Restructuring Officer
effective July 1, 2011. Furthermore, the court approved a process to
solicit claims in respect of any obligations and liabilities of the
current or former directors and officers or the CRO of the Priszm
