Commission (ASC) that it is seeking to reciprocate orders imposed by
the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) against Andrew Gordon
Walker, Dale Michael Paulson and Giuliano Angelo Tamburrino.
PanTerra confirms that it is not involved with the ASC announcement and
further confirms that Walker, Paulson and Tamburrino have had no
involvement in any capacity with PanTerra since 2006.
