TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2011 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to section 127 of the Act, 1) the Temporary Order shall remain in effect until such further order of the Commission; and 2) the hearing is adjourned to September 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. or to such other date or time as may be agreed to by the parties and arranged through the Office of the Secretary for a hearing or for such other purposes as may be requested.
