STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 26, 2011 /CNW/ -- Canadian Chefs Neil Harkins and Joe Soroka, executive Chefs of The Whistler Conference Centre and the Direct Energy Centre and Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, respectively, will be representing Canada at the NFL Experience. Both Chefs work for Centerplate, the largest hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, which play hospitality host this week for the NFL Experience in Dallas. The company is sending both Chefs to assist in the preparation and hosting of the NFL Theme Park Event which is expected to attract over 200,000 guests over its nine-day run.

Centerplate is certainly no stranger to the NFL or world-class events. This Super Bowl marks the thirteenth in which Centerplate has been involved and the company is honored to serve as hospitality partner to ten NFL clubs.
