MONTREAL, May 12 /CNW Telbec/ - Noveko International Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Eric Phaneuf has joined its team as Senior Vice President and CFO.
"With more than ten years of experience in finance and corporate development with primarily public companies, Mr. Phaneuf has all the qualifications required for this position full of challenges. I am confident that his appointment will benefit the Company," said Mr. André Leroux, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company. Mr. Phaneuf held similar positions with companies operating in various business sectors both domestically and internationally, where he gained extensive experience, including in financial management, financings, business process improvement, and merger & acquisition transactions. Graduated in Business Administration (Finance) from Université de Sherbrooke, Mr. Phaneuf is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
