Company's renewable energy projects will infuse $80 -$90 million into
Canadian economies by end of 2011
Leading renewable contractor hosts Canadian Wind Energy Association and
local dignitaries to celebrate expansion in Ontario
MISSISSAUGA, ON, Jan. 19 /CNW/ - Mortenson Canada, one of the country's leading renewable energy construction
firms, welcomes local dignitaries and invited guests to its grand
opening celebration for its new Ontario office in Mississauga at 2:30
p.m. today. The office will lead Mortenson's operations in Canada.
In conjunction with the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA), the
event will include a brief program and ribbon cutting ceremony that
will highlight wind energy growth and the significant benefits it
provides to local communities across Ontario.

Renewable Energy Group. "We believe it strengthens our commitment to
fostering growth in the wind energy industry and furthering economic
development throughout Canada."
To date, Mortenson-built wind farms have resulted in the creation of
more than 500 jobs in Ontario and thousands throughout Canada.
Mortenson estimates their renewable projects will infuse between
$80-$90 million into local economies by the end of 2011.
