MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the Matter of Carmel Toussaint

TORONTO, April 6 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Carmel Toussaint by Notice of Hearing dated December 22, 2010.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to commence on April 8, 2011, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to September 15, 2011 commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), in the hearing located at the offices of the MFDA at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
