TORONTO, April 6 /CNW/ - Online Party of Canada has extended an
invitation for all 'fringe' political parties ignored by the 'Media
Consortium' to meet this Saturday for the first time to present and
discuss political platforms, issues, ideas.
The meeting will start with a press conference at 11:00 am. All
participating representatives will have the opportunity to speak to the
media. The following debate, platform presentations and discussions
will be recorded and posted online.
Media representatives are invited to the press conference and also to
cover the rest of the event for the benefit of those voters who want to
see new ideas.
Online Party of Canada (OPC) is an Internet-based Political Party,
pending registration. OPC is a non-traditional political party; it
focuses on issues instead of platforms or individuals and supports
Direct Democracy. OPC operates exclusively online and promotes an
innovative voting system inspired from today's popular technologies.
