the sale of five Canadian properties to Primaris Retail REIT. The
properties are: Oakville Place (Oakville, Ontario), Burlington Mall
(Burlington, Ontario), Tecumseh Mall (Windsor, Ontario), St. Albert
Centre (St. Albert, Alberta) and Place Vertu (Montreal, Quebec).
