IBA Green testing Incinerator waste from Singapore For Treatment and Conversion to Safe Building Materials

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, Nov. 18, 2011 /CNW/ - IBA Green, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pioneer Exploration (PIEX) announces it is in the process of testing Incinerated Bottom Ash from a Singapore waste to energy plant. The intent upon successful completion of testing is to answer a request for proposal to convert the toxic incinerator ash into much needed building materials for use in the rapidly growing Singapore construction market. IBA Green has developed a by-product line of building materials manufactured with its patented process of stabilization and treatment of incinerator bottom ash.

"IBA Green's manufacturing patented technology to treat and convert incinerator bottom ash into viable and environmentally responsible construction materials is uniquely suited for the issues currently facing Singapore" said Angelo Scola, CEO

Currently the Semakau Landfill is receiving an estimated 500,000 tons per year of Incinerated Bottom Ash at a cost of over $130 Singapore dollars per ton. The IBA Green patented treatment is expected to result in a solidified product which will yield an extractable metal content well below levels of standardized testing and compliant with levels of  "safe for disposal and conversion applications" and converted into safe building materials. IBA Green believes not only will their process save Singapore millions of dollars on landfill cost it will extended the life of the landfill and the resulting finished building materials will yield an additional revenue source for Singapore.

"The IBA Green Inc., Footprint is relatively small, capable of establishing conversion plants on less than 3 acres. Which makes it ideal for urban areas where land is at a premium, as in Singapore" remarked Scola. "Our company is prepared to establish and operate plants in the U.S. and internationally to recycle toxic incinerator ash into safe green construction materials".

About IBA Green, Inc.

IBA Green has developed a process to mitigate the environmental issues associated with toxic end products of the Waste-to-Energy industry, and has developed a patented process to safely and economically utilize the previously toxic end product (the "IBA Technology"). The IBA Technology works in synergy with the Waste-to-Energy industry, converting the toxic end products into commercially viable green construction products.

The IBA Technology was specifically developed to address coal ash and incinerator bottom ash (IBA), which is the resulting residue that is created after the combustion process of burning coal or solid waste to generate electric power. Currently, there are approximately 600 coal burning and 85 waste to energy electric power plants across the USA creating an aggregate 85 million tons of toxic coal ash or IBA annually.
