CROP Survey Confirms Even Higher Satisfaction Rate Among ENHARMONIE Seniors in 2010

MONTREAL, Feb. 16 /CNW Telbec/ - A CROP survey conducted in November 2010 in the 10 residences of the ENHARMONIE network shows that tenants are even more satisfied with the services offered than at the time of the previous survey in 2007. In fact, marks for all aspects evaluated - security, meal service, administrative services, cleanliness of common areas, repairs, quality of equipment and recreational activities - exceeded the already impressive results for 2007. In addition, the number of residents who would recommend the residence to loved ones increased significantly.

According to Debbie Di Chiaro, Director of the enharmonie network at the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal, these increases are due mainly to the concrete actions taken since 2007: "We have innovated in several areas. To increase our tenants' sense of security, for example, we implemented the program A Vigilant Volunteer is Watching Over You based on mutual cooperation among neighbours, which is in addition to the other measures already in place, such as surveillance cameras, a telephone system with 24-hour direct access to personnel and controlled access by magnetic cards. Also, since 2010, seven of our 10 residences have hired their own chef, which gives us better control over meal quality."

CROP Vice-President Sylvain Gauthier stresses another aspect of this success  - the human factor: "The excellent marks given for staff courtesy are very impressive. This is quite simply a declaration of love for the residences, something rarely seen in this field. "

General satisfaction with the services offered rose from 8.6 in 2007 to 8.7 in 2010. "Our tenants have grown accustomed to a very high level of quality in our residences and we are going to have to work hard to maintain and surpass this level ," said Debbie Di Chiaro regarding these results.
