CPR INSTITUTE PRESENTS FIRST LAW FIRM AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE IN ADR FOR A SMALL LAW FIRM TO GOLDMAN SLOAN NASH & HABER LLP

TORONTO, Feb. 1 /CNW/ - The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR Institute), has presented the organization's first ever "Law Firm Award for Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution for a Small Law Firm" to a Toronto-based firm. CPR Institute, located in NYC, NY is a nonprofit think tank and alliance of global corporations, law firms, scholars, and public institutions dedicated to the principles of commercial conflict prevention and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

The judging criteria includes processes, techniques, systems, commitment and scholarship which address the resolution, prevention or creative management of major disputes.  Herbert Smith LLP, an international legal practice with 1100 lawyers (including over 200 partners) and a network of offices in Europe and Asia, was the 2010 honoree for a large law firm.
