MONTREAL, Nov. 17, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - The Hon. France Charbonneau,
President of the Commission of Inquiry on the Awarding and Management
of Public Contracts in the Construction Industry, has the pleasure to
announce new additions to her team. She is indeed pleased that
Inspectors Robert Pigeon and René Fortin of the Sûreté du Québec, Commander Mario Lamothe of the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal and Captain René Beauchemin of the Service de police de l'agglomération de Longueuil have agreed to join the Commission.
"Having worked with them in the past, I am familiar with the quality and
the rigor of their work. They also benefit from a vast experience in
the pursuit of inquiries," explains Justice Charbonneau.
The President also states that the work of the Commission is progressing
well and that the team is currently being put together. Furthermore, it
is a possibility that more police officers may be recruited.
As already stated, the members of the Commission intend to inform the
public of the progress of its work in due course.
