Cenit Acquires Baseline Property

TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2011 /CNW/ - Cenit Corporation (TSXV:CNT) has entered into an arm's length agreements with Jacques Robert, Mike Tremblay and Delio Tortosa to acquire the Baseline Property; subject to regulatory approval and closing. Cenit will obtain a 100% interest in 4 claims covering 4.5 square kilometres in Kincaid Township adjacent to the Batchawana Copper Project by issuing 750,000 shares and assigning a Net Smelter Royalty of 1.25% to the Sellers.

The Batchawana Copper Project is located approximately 85 kilometres northwest of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Cenit and its joint venture partner First Minerals Exploration Ltd. retain approximately 60 square kilometres of contiguous claims covering a large part of the prospective Mamainse Point Formation and the western portion of the Batchawana Greenstone Belt.
