Call Center & Outsourcing Management Certification Training Events Roll Into Toronto



CHICAGO, June 6, 2011 /CNW/ -- The red carpet will be out when the RCCSP Professional Education Alliance's Contact Center Training Events Tour makes its first Canadian stop of the year in Toronto this summer. The training extravaganza will be headlined by two notable events: RCCSP's Contact Center Congress, and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals' (IAOP®) Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class and Governance Workshop.




Following successful US training conferences in New York and Atlanta, the RCCSP Toronto Contact Center Congress promises to be the Canadian call center industry's most comprehensive management training opportunity to date, with near-simultaneous educational offerings by the two certification bodies: IAOP on outsourcing management and RCCSP on contact center management.

IAOP will host the COP Master Class and Outsourcing Governance Workshop from June 27-30 at the Kingbridge Conference Center. Both courses are specifically designed for outsourcing services buyers and providers.

RCCSP's Contact Center Congress, a week-long training marathon taking place July 11-15, includes twelve different call center certification and training courses within six different topical tracks: Fundamentals, Tactical Management, Strategic Direction, Performance Optimization, Technology Management, and Operations & Engineering.
