MONTREAL, Jan. 6 /CNW/ - The January/February 2011 issue of Best Health highlights the extraordinary and inspiring results of the 2010 VICHY Best Health Challenge. The Challenge, designed to empower and inspire Canadian women to live better and feel great in 2010, was launched in March 2010 in partnership with VICHY. Women across Canada were invited to register for the VICHY Best Health Challenge for their chance to be selected to receive a total-body makeover with personal consultations from some of Canada's leading experts in fitness, nutrition, life coaching, beauty and skincare. Our lucky reader, Cora Coady, has had her journey of transformation featured both on and in the pages of four issues of Best Health magazine, and this final instalment unveils the final results and impact the Challenge has had on her life.
