ZEBRA HOLDINGS AND INVESTMENTS S.À.R.L.

TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Zebra Holdings And Investments S.à.r.l. ("Zebra"), an investment company owned by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, announced today that it has acquired 8,860,280 common shares in the capital of Zazu Metals Corporation (TSX: ZAZ) ("Zazu") by way of private placement representing 19.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Zazu.

Zebra owned no shares of Zazu prior to the completion of the private placement. The purchase price for the common shares was Cdn$7,974,252.

Zebra has purchased these securities for investment purposes and, subject to certain restrictions agreed with Zazu, may increase or decrease the investment in these securities depending upon future market conditions.
