XM Canada unveils two new satellite radios

Listen to more than 120 channels static-free on the new XpressR and
    XpressEZ

TORONTO, June 18 /CNW/ - XM Canada (TSX: XSR), the country's premier
satellite radio company, today unveiled two new devices - XpressR and
XpressEZ. With the XpressR and XpressEZ, listeners can enjoy enhanced
reception and a wide range of programming including music, sports, news, talk,
family and entertainment on more than 120 XM Canada channels.
The XpressR is the industry's first satellite radio with split screen
display and many advanced features including a 30-minute pause/replay. The
XpressEZ is a sleek, affordable, entry-level satellite radio. Manufactured by
Audiovox, these two new radios join the mid-tier Xpress receiver to create a
full suite of Xpress plug-and-play products.

Features of the new XpressR include:

    - The first-ever split screen receiver for satellite radio allowing XM
Canada listeners the ability to maximize their XM Radio experience by
simultaneously viewing six different XM channels. The split screen
displays the current channel on the left side and five additional XM
channels on the right side. All six channels can be viewed by channel
        name, artist or song title.

    - A 30-minute buffer that continuously and automatically saves the last
30 minutes of programming for users to replay even after they change
the channel. XpressR users can also pause their active XM channel
with the option to playback the program within 30 minutes.

    - Quick channel navigation with the option to program up to 30
favourite channels or press number buttons to move directly to a
preferred channel. The radio also has a remote control with pause,
replay and direct channel entry buttons.

In addition, the XpressR radio display automatically adjusts the level of
brightness from day to night and includes a customizable stock and sports
ticker and a "tune select" feature to alert the user when favourite songs,
artists or sports teams are playing on another channel.
The new XpressEZ is a sleek, entry-level satellite radio that provides
easy and affordable access to XM Canada's programming in both the home and
vehicle. This new radio includes:

    - A large and bright three-line display for viewing XM channel, artist
        and song title.

    - The ability to program ten favourite channels.

    - A convenient tuner dial for simple and quick navigation through XM's
        extensive variety of programming.

The XpressR and XpressEZ are compact and lightweight and can easily be
used in the home, vehicle and with compatible audio systems. Optional
accessories for the home include the new Universal Xpress Home Kit, new Delphi
Premium Sound System and Belkin Boombox.
The new XpressEZ and XpressR will be available at retail stores across
Canada that sell XM Satellite Radio products.
