Delivers Results Across 11 Brands at Wyeth
MONACO, March 13 /CNW/ - In a continued commitment to providing critical
and timely clinical information to health care providers, Wyeth United Kingdom
today announced the results of their successful deployment of Proscape's
Closed Loop Marketing platform to their sales teams in support of 11 Wyeth
brands. The Wyeth Closed Loop Marketing system is a critical initiative that
enables Wyeth to leverage their customer segmentation model in order to
provide sound, clinical information in a highly compliant manner to their
customers. The results of the program were announced at the 2007 annual
EyeforPharma Sales Force Effectiveness Conference.
Physician reaction to Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) platform has been
measurable and very positive:
-- 33% of physicians who would not normally see a pharmaceutical sales
representative have been more likely to see a Wyeth representative equipped
with their CLM system.
-- 65% of physicians have stated that their experience working with
Wyeth provides high quality interactions that are preferred over traditional
-- 72% of physicians stated that the overall experience creates more
value for the physician and therefore their patients.
The benefits realized by Wyeth in the UK have led to the expansion of
their Proscape system in the Italian and German markets.

representatives to engage the physicians they need to see, ensure that the
right messages are communicated and spend more time with our prescribers,"
