officer Richard D. Slack has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Slack has served as the Company's president and chief executive
officer since December 2008 and was previously the chief operating officer.
Prior to becoming COO, he was president and chief executive officer of Bolo
Systems, Inc. Over his 28-year career, Mr. Slack has served in a variety of
software-related roles ranging from product design and testing, product
management, technical sales, marketing, and operations management. He has
worked for a number of software companies within the oil and gas industry
including Halliburton/Landmark Graphics, GeoGraphix, and CogniSeis
