Volkswagen statement regarding additional North American production capacity




<location>LOS ANGELES</location>, <chron>Nov. 16</chron> /CNW/ - Volkswagen of America, Inc. announced during the <location>Los Angeles</location> Auto Show media days they will provide more detail on possible additional North American production capacity within the next six months.  <p>"We are currently investigating the feasibility of additional North American production capacity," said Stefan Jacoby, CEO, Volkswagen of America. "There are a number of factors that we need to consider in this decision and we will make an announcement in the next six months on whether or not we will proceed with this initiative."</p>
