Official Virgin Festival Alberta Merchandise
Don't forget to grab your official Virgin Festival Alberta merch early
this year! Last year the merch was hotter than the current West Coast summer
and it went in seconds! This year we've got t-shirts, hoodies and bags in all
shapes and sizes so make sure you get something on top of the hot music,
experiences, Virgin Angels, pole dancers, dancing bushes and memories to brag

Shuttles are the best way to get to Virgin Festival Alberta. The shuttles
are super easy and super good for the environment. A fleet of 30 shuttle buses
will make round trips from the new Crowfoot Crossing LRT Station in northwest
Calgary to Canada Olympic Park. Shuttles are only a loonie each way and start
at 11:30am and continue until one hour after the Festival ends.
Another crucial focus for this year's festival is taking care of the
environment. On the path to becoming as carbon-neutral as possible, Virgin
Festival will provide recycling on-site, use recyclable food and drink
containers and leverage green energy sources, where possible, to power the
music festival. Virgin Festival is also working with Bullfrog Power for this
year's festival by injecting the electricity grid with low-impact renewable
electricity to match the power used by the festival.
Calling On Angels
Everyone needs a helping hand now and then, and Virgin Mobile Angels will
be on site to make sure that everyone has a great time. If anyone stubs their
toe, can't find the beer tent, or just needs to see a smiling face, the Virgin
Mobile Angels will be able to lend a hand to make sure everyone gets taken
care of. Plus the Angels will be armed with Samsung VICE(TM) phones to loan
out if people need to make a quick call...even if it's to your mum.
