Vettro Announces Support for HP Service Manager 7.0



    Vettro 360 ITSM for HP Service Manager to Enhance Service Lifecycle
    Management With Mobility

    LONDON, Jan. 7 /CNW/ - Vettro, a global leader in mobile on-demand

support HP Service Manager 7.0, becoming a mobility solution for the
redesigned product. New features from the Vettro product will enable IT
support departments to respond to more incidents per day, improve SLAs and
adhere more closely with ITIL best practice.
    By adding mobility to the new HP IT Service Management software, Vettro
will give customers the tools with which to track, analyse and respond to the
everyday challenges raised by IT support. Updated features will include on the
spot tracking and the ability to access critical records whilst alongside
incidents, such as related incidents and related asset or configuration item
status, ownership, and support histories.

will be deployable in just a matter of days and comes pre-packaged with a
configuration utility that allows the mobile experience to be managed directly
from the customer's Service Manager interface.
