The interim consolidated financial statements and MD&A for the quarter
ended September 30, 2007 are available on the Company's website,
www.vectoraerospace.com and on SEDAR, www.sedar.com.

The Company generated consolidated revenue from continuing operations of
$84.0 million for the third quarter of 2007, a decrease of $2.3 million from
the same period last year. Earnings from continuing operations, before
interest, tax, and unusual items, were $6.5 million for the third quarter of
2007, a decrease of $0.4 million from the same period last year. The earnings
decrease in the third quarter of 2007 was primarily a result of the continued
strength of: the Canadian dollar against the US dollar and the British pound,
structures projects completed in the prior year not repeated in the current
year, and corporate expenses. Net earnings for the third quarter of 2007 were
$3.5 million ($0.09 per share) compared to $4.0 million ($0.11 per share) for
the same period last year.
In commenting on the quarter's results, Chairman, President and CEO
Donald Jackson stated: "Earnings in this quarter exceeded those of the
previous two quarters with the continued improvement in the performance from
Atlantic Turbines and Sigma. Structures work in the helicopter division
currently underway will potentially impact the fourth quarter of 2007 and into
2008. The Company continues its focus on continuous improvement of its
management systems to increase productivity and reduce overhead costs. These
activities have mitigated the effects of the rising Canadian dollar. It is
unlikely that such efforts will completely offset the currency effects in the
fourth quarter. While a complex and lengthy negotiation, we continue to pursue
the DARA opportunity."
