wishes to update its shareholders on the Biosource Inc./ENPAR license dispute.
The post arbitration briefs were submitted in July and argued in Boston on
August 6, 2008. The ruling is expected within the next 4 weeks.
ENPAR continues to believe that the arbitration will confirm its
compliance with the Non-exclusive License Agreement and provide the basis for
continuance of the Agreement in good standing and prevent unjustified
