TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2011 /CNW/ - It was a night to remember on CTV
Tuesday as UNFORGETTABLE became the most-watched new program of the day with 1.72 million
viewers. Making a memorable debut, UNFORGETTABLE won its 10 p.m. timeslot with total viewers and the key A25-54 and
A18-49 demos, while retaining an impressive 97% of its DANCING WITH THE
STARS lead-in and building upon it in demos. CTV's second new series
premiere of the week ranks as the #2 new program of the season,
following CTV's WHITNEY.
At 10 p.m., UNFORGETTABLE left a lasting impression on both PARENTHOOD (Global/NBC) and the season
premiere of BODY OF PROOF (Citytv/ABC), leading PARENTHOOD by +153% A2+
/ +81% A25-54 / +55% A18-49 and BODY OF PROOF by +233% A2+ / +320%
A25-54 / +256% A18-49.
At 9 p.m., the DANCING WITH THE STARS results show returned with 1.77
million viewers on CTV, more than doubling the audience of the series
premiere of NEW GIRL (763,000; Citytv/FOX). In the key market of
Toronto, DANCING WITH THE STARS was the #1 program of the night in
total viewers, and won the hour over NEW GIRL and NCIS: LA with the key
A18-49 and A18-34 demos.
