Two New Series of MSP ArMADA Protected Deposit Notes offered for sale

TORONTO, March 26 /CNW/ - Mackenzie Financial Corporation and BMO
Financial Group are pleased to announce the simultaneous launch of a fifth and
sixth series of MSP ArMADA Protected Deposit Notes (the "Deposit Notes").
The Deposit Notes will be issued by Bank of Montreal. In addition to
principal protection at maturity, the Deposit Notes provide investors with a
variable degree of exposure, up to 200% of their net asset value, to the
performance of Mackenzie Cundill Value Fund and Mackenzie Ivy Foreign Equity
Fund (together, the "Fund Portfolio"). The degree of exposure will be
determined by a dynamic asset allocation strategy designed to ensure principal
protection.
Within each series, two classes of Deposit Notes will be issued, to
provide investors with unique tax planning opportunities for both registered
and non-registered accounts:

     - The Growth Class of Deposit Notes will have an original term to
maturity of five and a half years. At maturity, holders of Growth
Class notes will receive the principal amount plus a variable return,
if any, based on the performance of the Fund Portfolio.

     - The R.O.C. Yield Class of Deposit Notes will have an original term to
maturity of eight years. Within ten business days of the end of each
month, commencing six months after their issue date and ending one
month prior to the month of their maturity date, the R.O.C. Yield
Class notes may pay monthly distributions, which will be returns of
capital for tax purposes, that are based on the positive total
return, if any, on these notes' exposure to the Fund Portfolio. Over
the term of the R.O.C. Yield Class notes, holders will receive the
principal amount plus a variable return, if any, based on the
        performance of the Fund Portfolio.

The Deposit Notes are being offered through financial advisors. Series 5
of the Deposit Notes will be offered until May 11, 2007 and will be issued on
or about May 16, 2007. Series 6 of the Deposit Notes will be offered until
July 6, 2007 and will be issued on or about July 11, 2007. The minimum
investment in either series is $2,000.

The above is for information purposes only and is not, and under no

the Deposit Notes. It is possible that no return will be paid on the Deposit
Notes. In addition, for the R.O.C. Yield Class, the return payable at
maturity, if any, will be reduced by a percentage of the amounts you receive
prior to maturity pursuant to a formula set out in the Information Statement.
The return, if any, on the Deposit Notes will be reduced by applicable fees
and sales prior to maturity may be subject to an early trading charge as set
out in the applicable Information Statement. Investors should read the
Information Statement carefully before investing and discuss the suitability
of the Notes with the Investment Advisor before making any investment
decisions.
