TORONTO, April 29 /CNW/ - On May 5th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Marilee
Adams, Ph.D., president and founder of the Inquiry Institute
(www.InquiryInstitute.com), will give a lively, practical, and educational
presentation at Adler International Learning. The Adler Professional Coach
Certificate program is granted in collaboration with OISE/University of
Toronto. Additionally, Dr. Adams will offer a full-day, skill-building
workshop on Change Your Questions, Change Your Life on Wednesday, May 6th at
Both the presentation and the workshop are designed for coaches,
consultants, educators, leaders, managers, mediators, Human Resource and
Organizational Development professionals, and mental health practitioners.
These dynamic, interactive sessions will present strategies that can transform
the workplace, work with clients, and personal and professional relationships.
Dr. Adams is known for leaving audiences with new ideas from which they can
benefit immediately and with a practical appreciation of one of her key
teachings: "Great results begin with great questions."
Dr. Adams will share insights and tools from the soon to be released
second edition of her best-selling book, Change Your Questions, Change Your
Life: 10 Powerful Tools for Life and Work, a business fable about workplace
and executive coaching. It is co-published by Berrett-Koehler and the American
Society for Training and Development. Dr. Adams also wrote The Art of the
Question: A Guide to Short-Term Question-Centered Therapy, which was published
by John Wiley & Sons. All participants will receive a color copy of the Choice
Map, the key illustration in Change Your Questions, Change Your Life.
In addition, Dr. Linda J. Page, president and founder of Adler

will join Dr. Adams to discuss the brain science that explains why asking more
and better questions helps people become smarter and more successful.
For the past ten years, Dr. Adams has been an organizational consultant,
facilitator, executive coach and coach educator. She was previously a
psychotherapist for over 25 years. Dr. Adams originated the Question
Thinking(TM) methodologies, which are at the core of her books. These are
