    On March 6, 2009, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") announced that
the temporary relief period for its temporary relief measures ("TRM") was
being extended from March 31, 2009 to September 30, 2009.
    The Exchange wishes to clarify that, effective immediately, listed
companies on NEX are eligible to apply for temporary relief measures listed
under Section 3 (Pricing) of the bulletin announcing the TRM. Market
participants should refer to the Exchange bulletin dated November 3, 2008 for
further information. All other NEX policies will continue to apply.

    Le 6 mars 2009, la Bourse de croissance TSX (la "Bourse") a annoncé
qu'elle prolongeait la période de dispense temporaire, qui devait prendre fin
le 31 mars 2009, jusqu'au 30 septembre 2009.
    La Bourse souhaite préciser que les sociétés inscrites à NEX peuvent à
compter d'aujourd'hui demander l'autorisation de prendre les mesures énoncées
à l'article 3 (prix) du bulletin annonçant la dispense temporaire. Les
participants au marché doivent consulter le bulletin de la Bourse daté du 3
novembre 2008 pour obtenir plus de renseignements. Toutes les autres
politiques de NEX continueront de s'appliquer.
