of these shares shall be paid to the Company to compensate for consulting fees
paid to a third party.

    3) Name Change

    Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders on December 9, 2008, the
Company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
    Effective at the opening Tuesday, May 5, 2009, the common shares of
Changyu Medtech Ltd. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the
common shares of Hollingport Ventures Inc. will be delisted. The Company is
classified as a 'Health Science Technologies' company.
