    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to
an amended option agreement, dated January 22, 2009. The amendment relates to
the Aldermac property located in the Beauchastel Township, Quebec (the
"Property").
    Under the terms of the amended agreement, the Company's obligations to pay
the vendors $150,000 in cash and issue an additional $150,000 in shares on
each of the second, third and fourth anniversaries of the original February 1,
2007 agreement have been delayed by one year. The Company's option on the
Property has also been extended by one year. The Company will also issue to
the vendors a total of 375,000 class B shares 75,000 common share purchase
warrants, each entitling the holder to subscribe for one common share at a
price of $0.20 during the 24 months following the date of the amendment.
