TSX Group Holds Information Session in San Diego as part of 2007 US Business Development Campaign



    Canada's largest stock exchange operator offers San Diego a world leading
    market with unique listing strategies for micro to mid-cap public

    SAN DIEGO, CA, Nov. 29 /CNW/ - TSX Group Inc. (TSX:X), operator of

information session today in San Diego at The Lodge at Torrey Pines targeting
micro to mid-cap public companies in various sectors but with a special focus
on technology.
    The event will be emceed by Kevan Cowan, President of TSX-V, and will
begin with a Keynote Luncheon at noon. This lunch will feature remarks from
SVP of Toronto Stock Exchange, Richard Nadeau, regarding TSX Group's 2007 US
business development campaign and why over 125 US companies have chosen TSX
and TSX-V as listing destinations. Presentations by Jack O'Reilly, CFO of
NovaBay Pharmaceuticals (TSX:NBY), and Michael DiAnna, Chief Operating Officer
of San Diego-based Gatorz Eyewear (TSX-V:GTZ), will follow. They will speak on
their companies' decisions to list on TSX or TSX-V and the consequent
benefits. The luncheon will be followed by the Going Public Workshop from 2PM
