TORONTO, May 25, 2011 /CNW/ - Last night capped off three amazing
finales on Global with Glee concluding its second season with 1.8 million viewers (Ind. 2+, national). The award-winning hit series took no
prisoners, winning nationally and in all three metered markets as the
#1 entertainment show in its time period (Adults 18-49).
House fans didn't take a holiday on Monday with 2.4 million tuning in for the action packed finale (Ind. 2+, national). The fan
favourite medical drama outshone the competition, winning the night
nationally in the key Adult 18-49 demo, beating CBC's NHL Playoffs Round 3 by 12% and CTV's Dancing With The Stars by 40%. House also outdid the competition in the three metered markets (A18-49).
And finally…the Donald's still got it! The Celebrity Apprentice wrapped its most wacky season yet Sunday night, bringing in 1.3 million (Ind. 2+, national) and increasing in viewership by 20% compared to last year's spring finale (A18-49, national).
