Thomson Files Annual Disclosure Documents for 2007



    STAMFORD, Conn., March 10 /CNW/ -- The Thomson Corporation (NYSE:   TOC;

professional customers worldwide, announced today that it has filed its
audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) and
annual information form (AIF) for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the
Canadian securities regulatory authorities. Thomson also filed its annual
report on Form 40-F for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
